Google Video Chat Available Now in Beta

Project: Cisco Systems

The banner and portal idea emerged while working at Cisco. Our team needed a consistent way to communicate to our audience and also wanted to simplify the way we directed partners to valuable information. I created the program outside of my regular job scope at Cisco mostly during my free time. 

Project: Tony Reali Mobile Mechanic


Tony Reali is a certified mechanic operating in the Raleigh/Durham area. He needed a way to easily let customers see his schedule and set an appointment. Using Google Apps we designed a calendar that allows Tony to update it easily and allows customers to submit a request for appointment based upon his availability. Next we linked the tool to his text messaging so he now gets a message on his phone.

How much does it cost?


Individuals, Small Professional Groups (1-5 users)

We charge a one-time set up fee of $300.00 to create your company banner design and help your users install it in their mail client. We charge an additional $99.00 per user/per year which includes Google's Premier Apps Edition for each user, one in-person or virtual training session (depends on your location) and follow up customer support via our toll-free line, email and online video tutorials.


Small Business (1-25 users)

We charge a one-time set up fee of $500.00 to create your company banner design and help your users install it in their mail client. We charge an additional $99.00 per user/per year which includes Google's Premier Apps Edition for each user, one in-person or virtual training session (depends on your location) and follow up customer support via our toll-free line, email and online video tutorials.

Medium Business (26-99 users)

We charge a one-time set up fee of $1000.00 to create your company banner design and help your users install it in their mail client. We charge an additional $99.00 per user/per year which includes Google's Premier Apps Edition for each user, one in person or virtual training session (depends on your location) and follow up customer support via our toll-free line, email and online video tutorials.

Large or Enterprise Business (100+ users)

Quoted on case-by-case basis.

Additional training and other services are quoted on case-by-case basis.
